ALICIA AGUILA 10/24/2018 8:54 AMI asked 3 of my neighbors to join me in an one hour walk by the beach this coming Friday evening and they have accepted. I did my 1.15 hr exercise routine last evening and felt great. I have so much energy and feel better than ever. I am happy!!! -
ALICIA AGUILA 10/23/2018 9:58 AMTo save electricity, I have started watching TV with the lights off. I walked in the treadmill for 45 minutes instead of 30 minutes yesterday, I will do the same today so basically my exercise routine from now on will increase from 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 minutes daily since I will walk for 45 minutes in the treadmill and spend 30 minutes working out in the rest of the machines. I am feeling great today. -
ALICIA AGUILA 10/18/2018 8:21 AMBesides my morning exercises' routine this coming Saturday, my granddaughter and I are planning a gathering with two of her college friends and their mothers this coming Saturday evening for a long walk by the beach. I can't wait. It will be fun :) -
ALICIA AGUILA 10/18/2018 8:08 AMI used to drive to the dumpster to throw out the garbage, not any more, now I walk and by doing so I am adding more minutes to my daily 30 minutes walking in the treadmill -
