    This morning on my morning walk, in the beautiful quiet of the a.m. I found gratitude for our clear, fresh air after our rain, birds chirping. The plants and trees are sprouted green.

    Making a point to Review 1 experience each morining which I am grateful for that has happened in the last 24 hours before my day begins. It helps me remember there are so many positives which contribute to our well-being.
