Martin Arcari 10/16/2018 12:29 AMI have been conscious of the impact people have on the environment for some time and try to live in a way that minimises that. I joined the challenge to get more ideas for things I can do to help.
I chose the food related challenges because food is an area I particularly care about, and want to make sure I am as informed as possible, with good habits, in being as gentle as possible on the environment, and promoting sustainability -

Martin Arcari 10/11/2018 3:09 AMA bit like everyone, I find I need to actively plan and prioritise sleep, otherwise I easily find myself eating into sleep time with other tasks in the evenings. However, I am finding it only takes 5 minutes of thinking about when I'm going to go to bed and why each day to get more sleep & improve my sleep -

How can you incorporate using an entire vegetable, including the skins, tops, and stalks during your next meal prep?
