Nici Baer 10/24/2018 11:57 AMRepurpose is a good one to use. We often just toss things and replace when they become worn out or old. It's time to find a way to repurpose and repair in stead of simply replacing. -

Nici Baer 10/24/2018 11:54 AMCertain diets definitely promote eating more protein and meat is the easiest way to do that. However with planning and research, we can find different ways to maintain our protein without eating meat. -
