    I don't really use social media much, so when I did it even less, I missed some stuff, but it didn't really matter, it's fine.

    What do you think contributes to people in North America eating more meat than any other places, and what does this say about North American values and ways of living? How can we start shifting from a meat-focused food culture to a more plant-based one?

    Part of the reason we eat more meat is because it tastes really good and we came up with efficient ways to breed animals and sell meat. America really values meat, it's part of our culture. We should start to introduce people to good plant meals and try to eat it more often to shift our food culture from meat.

    I get about 6-7 hours of sleep. I should probably go to bed earlier so I can get more sleep, so I don't feel dead in the morning. If I try to set my alarm a little later, I get some more sleep.
