    So far, everything is going really well and it is making me feel healthier. I was able to use all organic ingredients from a local farmers market for my meals today.

    So far, reducing the amount of meat and not eating processed foods has been the easiest to do. It also seems to produce less garbage, so it is like killing two birds with one stone.

    Today, I was able to eat completely free of processed foods, as well as I have been using organic ingredients for more and more meals. not only am I lowering my consumption, I am making myself healthier.
