Think about what stands in your way of making this a habit. By identifying the challenges, you can begin to work through them to have better success in taking this action. Desi Behm 10/09/2018 1:54 PMI have many mugs working at Starbucks it's hard not acquire a few favorites. The biggest behavior change was not using MOP to avoid the plastic cup and planning a trip with time to go in the store. -
