I was able to stop to watch a squirrel eat. I would never have been able to stop and watch the method the squirrel took in eating in a car, I do not think I would have even noticed that a squirrel was there.
  • REFLECTION QUESTION
    Health Happiness
How does/can practicing gratitude keep you centered and motivated to work for a better world?

I find myself being in a more positive mindset. I was having negative feelings and negative self talk, but once I started 'forcing' myself to look at the positive, it kinda trickled into my other thoughts as well.
  • REFLECTION QUESTION
    Waste Personal Waste Audit

It was really interesting for me to see what I was doing. I did not realize that even with my smaller steps before, I was still having an impact on my waste amounts and there is more that I can do.
  • REFLECTION QUESTION
    Energy Power Down the Computer
What are other easy things you could do to save energy and reduce your environmental footprint?

I try to turn off lights when I am not in the room. I unplug different appliances when not in use, like the toaster.
