    Health More Fruits and Veggies
What do you think contributes to people in North America eating more meat than any other places, and what does this say about North American values and ways of living? How can we start shifting from a meat-focused food culture to a more plant-based one?

I think we are raised to think a complete meal includes protein from meat. It's been difficult for me to change that mindset, I have to be intentional to find an alternate source of protein when prepping for a meal.

I scored higher than I expected (8.6) but I am pretty conscience of turning things off when not in use. I think it helps that I have a newer home with good insulation, windows, and efficient appliances.
