My track record on improving my own self care, so that I can care for the earth, is not stellar during the EcoChallenge, but the EcoChallenge has made me think about it, and I am slowly making some changes.  This will be a process, and the EcoChallenge has helped me to focus, when there are so many competing priorities.

Still trying to get fully back "on track" after returning from vacation about 10 days ago.  I'm back to eating nearly my normal diet (lots of vegetables and some fruit), and my sleep is improving, but still getting to bed later than I should.  I expect this coming week to better.

I went on vacation and certainly didn't meet my fruit & veggie allotment, nor since returning.  Hoping to be back on track very soon.

I decided to accept this challenge after a recent activity at my work wherein we tracked the amount of daily sleep, daily servings of fruit/vegetables and daily steps taken. I learned, to my surprise, that I wasn't getting as much fruit/vegetables as I should (and sometimes not enough sleep). So, I learned that I need to improve, so EcoChallenge is helping me to keep focus on this.
