    Health More Fruits and Veggies
What do you think contributes to people in North America eating more meat than any other places, and what does this say about North American values and ways of living? How can we start shifting from a meat-focused food culture to a more plant-based one?

With the ever expanding North American urban footprint, city dwellers are thoroughly removed from farmers and the majority of animal production. We tend to value convenience and aesthetic more than nutritional value and sustainability when it comes to our food. I think educating people on the negative impacts of the animal production industry as well as health benefits of a plant-based diet are a good start for changing our meat-focused food culture.
