I'm very happy that I joined this challenge, I learned so much and I can't wait to continue on with it. Hopefully our Lyft group can do this more often!

Now that the challenge is pretty much over, here are some things that are sticking with me even after this:
Breakfast will always be vegetarian and I will continue to explore more meatless options for other meals.
    Recycling is a MUST.
I will refuse any sort of plasticware/straws
I will continue to make my household chemical free.

Health Learn About Local Environmental Justice Concerns
Who is most affected by environmental degration and/or environmental irresponsiblity in your community? How are they affected?

Unfortunately it looks like race is a common factor when it comes to who's health is most affected by the environment. People in poverty are mostly living in areas where they are surrounded by pollution.
