REFLECTION QUESTIONSimplicity Limit Social MediaSocial media is a great way to keep us connected with loved ones, makes us laugh, and helps us to learn new things. It can also take more time than we realize or intend to give. After doing this action for a few days now, how do you feel? What do you notice?
Jacki Carlon 10/23/2018 11:46 AMI feel less stressed out! By removing social media from my phone, I have to be more intentional to check-in. I find that I would prefer to check-in directly with a friend and pick up my news from the radio.
