    I like to reuse store bought kombucha bottles for my home brewed kombucha.

    What did you notice in implementing this challenge? Was it hard to choose other activities over screen time? How did you decide to spend your time?

    It  isn't hard to choose an activity over screentime. There is always something that needs to be done. Purposely deciding to forgo watching a movie or series that you have been following just pushes you to take care of things that you have been avoiding.

    I make most of my purchases on the weekends and most of those purchases are for eating out. I should make an effort to prep food for the weekends.

    I should organize and inventory my belongings so that I know what I already have and don't buy duplicates.

    I could ask friends to start a  regular regular exercise with me like biking, running, weight training or swimming.

    I am a big fan of kombucha. The home brewed stuff is way better and cheaper than store bought.
