REFLECTION QUESTIONWaste Find Local Recycling DepotsOur ability to recycle certain things ebbs and flows based upon many factors. Luckily there are places that accept uncommon things to recycle or dispose of in a less harmful way. What did you find when looking for places to recycle items that can't be recycled in your curbside bin?
-
REFLECTION QUESTIONNature Explore My AreaHow can spending more time outdoors enhance your sense of place?
Jordan Courtney 10/04/2018 8:03 AMIt's nice to walk around my community and see the the people and the places that I live near. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONFood Buy From a Farmers MarketWhat is one food choice that you make, or could make, that would do more good and less harm?
Jordan Courtney 10/04/2018 8:02 AMI could bu more local meat. I would like to, it's just hard to get sometimes at an affordable price. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONCommunity Volunteer in my CommunityWhat is one thing you can do to help your community become more sustainable?
Jordan Courtney 10/04/2018 8:01 AMI'm excited that the city is planning on implementing compost. I'm hoping to get on the test group for that. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONSimplicity MeditateWhat would you like to invest more time in reflecting on?
-
REFLECTION QUESTIONSimplicity Less Screen TimeWhat did you notice in implementing this challenge? Was it hard to choose other activities over screen time? How did you decide to spend your time?

REFLECTION QUESTIONWaste Use a Reusable Water BottleWhile water bottles serve an important role in places for health and safety, we can do more to reduce the unnecessary use of them. Can you identify the barriers in making this a new habit? How can you set yourself up for success in making this a permanent change?
Jordan Courtney 10/03/2018 8:45 AMI drink a lot of Vitamin Water because I like the taste. It's cheaper and healthier for me to drink water at work in a reusable bottle. However, I always recycle my Vitamin Water bottles so they don't "end up in a landfill". -
REFLECTION QUESTIONWaste Use a Reusable MugMaybe you've heard how good it is to switch from a single use coffee cup to a reuseable one but it's just hard to make the switch. Think about what stands in your way of making this a habit. By identifying the challenges, you can begin to work through them to have better success in taking this action. Knowing the difference you are making, how does it make you feel?
Jordan Courtney 10/03/2018 8:41 AMI feel like it's 50/50. If I use my own mug then I'm using a k-cup to make the coffee. If I buy my coffee in a paper cup then I'm wasting the paper cup. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONNature Go for a Daily WalkHow do you experience your neighborhood or city differently when walking instead of driving?
