Karissa Durfey 10/24/2018 8:42 AMI enjoyed the challenge of trying to be more mindful when I'm eating. Taking time away from the computer, tv, cell phone etc, just to sit down and have a meal. I think I'm building a great new habit. Especially with dinner. Breakfast and Lunch is more of a challenge because I'm at work and there's always something going on. But dinner has been nice to sit, relax, and actually use my dining room table. :-) I've also started reading a small devotional either before or dinner. I leave the booklet on the dining room table and that's been great as well. -
