    This challenge has really made me think harder about the various ways I impact my environment.

    How is electricity generated where you live? How does it impact the environment, animals, and humans?

    Most of our electricity is hydroelectric power. The way that the dams are designed in our area though still allows for fish to pass the dams.

    Spending time outdoors helps me to appreciate nature more. It helps me to get away from phone and enjoy the world around me.

    I would like to shift my sleep patterns by getting to bed earlier and waking up earlier. It helps when I prepare my lunches and perform other actions on Sunday before the work week.
