Sustainable development is development that meets the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs. We need to start talking about a sustainable future in specifics. Sustainability over what time frame? Where? For whom?

Eating mindfully can look small or like it does not have any impact but there are several benefits attached to it.When we put our mind to something, our whole body does too.It has helped boost my appetite, give me better sleep, reduce my stress level e.t.c

    Nature Practice Gratitude for Earth
Kathleen Dean Moore says that a sense of gratitude leads to a sense of moral obligation. Do you agree? How do we cultivate a sense of gratitude as individuals, and as a society?

As individuals we can cultivate a sense of gratitude by having a gratitude journal recording things we are grateful for and receiving gratitude well by accepting commending from others and as a society we can develop gratitude by paying attention to the little things around us daily.

My challenge no matter how small, I believe can greatly impact our environment in no small way saving it from destruction and creating a peaceful and healthy environment for all and even generations to come.
