    I keep accidentally/ aimlessly clicking on my Instagram app by habit, only to realize and quickly exit out. Trying to break this habit!

    As some of you may know, I consume a lot of Salmon. It's a running joke that i am good on my Omega-3s... So this EcoChallenge I am committed to learning more about sourcing sustainable seafood and making sure all the salmon I eat is healthy and sustainable. I know i could improve my salmon purchasing choices so I have downloaded the seafood watch app to help me along the way.
