When you're put into a tough situation it can be easy to sit and feel bad for yourself.  But when you take the time everyday or at least once in awhile to sit down for 15 minutes to think and write about 3 things that you are happy about or are grateful for, it helps you to remember that perspective really is everything.  And when you keep a positive perspective, you want to see the best outcome of everything you put your mind to.
