    The most challenging part of this endeavor? The meatless meals. But I'm glad to see I can do it at least once a day. I think I will incorporate that into my diet after the challenge is done.

    I think taking time to reflect is important. It gives you better focus for the day and helps to put things into perspective. I've definitely learned that I should put more effort into reflection and that it doesn't necessarily come easy to me.

    I've learned the more conscious of my purchasing the less likely i am to make unnecessary purchases. It makes me stay disciplined.

    How does food sovereignty address the complex agrarian transition to modern food systems?

    Food sovereignty talks about returning to more traditional ways of eating. The documentary I watched encouraged following traditional paths and make use of local resources that are available to you.

    I thought it would be more difficult to avoid meat over the weekend. But I was able to have at least one meatless meal every day.

    I'm working hard to turn off my computer when I'm not at my desk. I love seeing the number of CO2 pounds I've saved climb.
