Alexandrea Glenn 10/24/2018 6:28 AMThe most challenging part of this endeavor? The meatless meals. But I'm glad to see I can do it at least once a day. I think I will incorporate that into my diet after the challenge is done. -

Alexandrea Glenn 10/24/2018 6:23 AMI think taking time to reflect is important. It gives you better focus for the day and helps to put things into perspective. I've definitely learned that I should put more effort into reflection and that it doesn't necessarily come easy to me. -
