    Less than a year ago i wore a size 24 dress for my son's wedding...not something I'm proud of.  Yesterday I tried on a pair of size 12 black slacks at a store...too baggy.  My daughter's wedding is in one year....I'm actually looking forward to dress shopping this time.

    Had to take advantage of the beautiful weather...walked/ran 6.3 miles tonight. Finished the first 5K portion of it in 42:22...personal record. By next summer hope to enter more of them.

    One year ago October 1 I started my healthy lifestyle (weight loss) journey.  I am down 95 lbs. and many of the challenges I have incorporated into my life already and am excited to try more.
