Bring a real towel to work and don't use any paper towels

The amount of paper towels I was using on a day to day basis at work really bothered me. Not only do they dry out your skin and fill up the trash, but I know they are clogging up landfills too. I love using my towel from home, which I leave on an unused hook in the bathroom. I also stash a towel in the kitchen area for my use.

    I really needed to disconnect my brain for all the things I've been doing and 2 minutes really helps! I think  I need to start upping the time little by little!

    I stopped by a couple co-workers who were sitting outside in the lovely fall sunshine so I joined them and got some outdoor time, some social time and also had a productive work-related conversation with people I don't often get to.

    This is easy, I can take my kid outside when I get home so we can check out the garden.

    I really love doing this. I was hoping others would copy me, but after many months, I'm still the only one doing it, despite 5 empty hooks in the bathroom.

    My mind did a lot of wandering, but I started to feel myself reach a level of relaxation by the end!
