REFLECTION QUESTIONFood Whole Foods DietMichael Pollan states that "it is better to pay the grocer (our edit: or the farmer!) than the doctor." What are your thoughts on this?
keagen Haffele 10/10/2018 6:44 PMI would say this disagreeable because both profession are needed in society. Farmers wouldn't be able to make a living if there were no people to feed. Most of us are still here today because of doctors. On the other hand, we wouldn't need doctors if there was no food for people to eat and survive off of. Either way, both should be paid well and contribute a substantial amount to society. -

REFLECTION QUESTIONCommunity Help OthersIn your opinion, how do social inequalities diminish a strong sense of community?
keagen Haffele 10/10/2018 6:36 PMI think social inequalities diminish a strong sense of community because communities feel a sense of unity. Inequality makes people feel like their less valuable or different than others.
