REFLECTION QUESTIONWaste Use a Reusable Water BottleWhile water bottles serve an important role in places for health and safety, we can do more to reduce the unnecessary use of them. Can you identify the barriers in making this a new habit? How can you set yourself up for success in making this a permanent change?
Jim Hansen 10/04/2018 12:08 PMThe most significant barrier is just changing the habit of grabbing a water bottle. I've gone out and purchased a large Hydro Flask to replace grabbing a water bottle. So far so good after 2 days. I'm actually enjoying drinking out of the stainless steel container rather than a plastic bottle. Should be easy to make the permanent change. -
