    How do you practice self care?

    Practicing self care by watching what I eat, exercising and taking care of my mental and physical health are all very important to me. I make sure to schedule those annual doctor appointments, including the dentist each year so that my health is good.

    You get to see so much more than you thought you would because you are not as distracted. You wonder around and have more access to places that vehicles may not have access to as well.
