REFLECTION QUESTIONSimplicity Disconnect from EmailNotice how much time you were spending checking email away from work and make note of that. Now that you have stepped away from it and have not been checking, what changes are you noticing in your thoughts, use of time, stress and energy levels?
stephanie hough 10/24/2018 10:02 AMThis one was difficult for me because I have to monitor email and social media constantly for my jobs. I made a point of setting my phone aside and taking longer breaks between checking outside of work hours and noticed how much more engaged I was with friends and other work, and how much less anxiety I had!-
Anthony Yeznach 10/24/2018 7:26 PMThat 'away' time is important and esential for you. I hope you find a way to sustain it. -
Peggy La Point 10/24/2018 3:03 PMYou absolutely need to be plugged in for your job so I`m so glad you found, not only success, but better mental health through this challenge!
