    buying meat and poultry from the meat department fresh is better anyway.

    What do you do if you find yourself in the situation of needing a bag for items but don't have a reuseable one with you? Carry things out in your hands? In a cart? Accept a disposable one?     I now have 10 reusable bags, the hardest part is to remember them when you go into the store. getting better every time.

    New snacks for the day were celery and cauliflower, tomorrow i will add carrots and an apple.
