Seana's actions
Food
Try a New Way to Prep
I will try a new method of food preparation, such as canning, pickling, or baking bread.
Health
More Fruits and Veggies
I will eat a heart healthy diet by adding 2 cup(s) of fruits and vegetables each day to achieve at least 4 cups per day.
Transportation
Go by Bike
I will commute by bike 10 mile(s) each day and avoid sending up to 15.38 lbs of CO2 into Earth's atmosphere.
Health
Exercise Daily
Exercise is a great stress blaster! I will exercise for 60 minute(s) each day.
Create Your Own Action
Yoga practice ignite
I'll attend at least one class a week, and practice at least once more at home. I chose it because yoga makes me feel great.

REFLECTION QUESTIONHealth More Fruits and VeggiesWhat do you think contributes to people in North America eating more meat than any other places, and what does this say about North American values and ways of living? How can we start shifting from a meat-focused food culture to a more plant-based one?

Make gradual change. Alternately, look at one meal/day to reduce meat -- so use 2 oz as a flavoring instead of serving more as a serving. -
