    I chose to spend quality time in the evening with a family member. Great opportunity to be together - and I slept better, too!

    I find meditation to be very beneficial. The challenge is sticking with it. My brain has a mind of its own!

    It is imperative to spend time outdoors. Even if in the city, I make a point to get in the moment and appreciate a tree, the sound of birds, the feel of wind on my skin. It helps with a feeling of balance and groundedness.
