Ads about healthy food and heatly restaurants are now in our everyday life. However, we sometimes do not have a look to the ingredients of the things we buy at the suprmarket. Ingredients of only ONE ingrediet: this has been my tought when in the supermarket this month. Avoid non-natural ingredients.
  • REFLECTION QUESTION
    Transportation Walk Instead
Half of all trips made in the US are three miles or less; 72% of them are driven. Do you feel that this fact applies to you? If so, how might you incorporate more muscle-powered transportation in your daily life?

Sometimes it does, we are getting lazier everyday. We do not consider walk as an optionif it take longer than 15 minutes but at the same time we force us to go to the gym. This challenge made me walk daily the distance from work to the train station, in stead of taking the bus to cover this 20-minutes walk =)
