    What an eye-opening exercise these past few weeks have been. Being mindful isn't an easy task especially when everything is focused on convenience these days. By keeping track of my habits, its helped me to see where I need to make the most changes in my day-to-day lifestyle.

    For me its been really hard to remember to track my progress each day but I'm glad that I am able to go back a few days and retroactively complete them.

    How can you incorporate other personal values (like quality time with friends or spending time in nature) into your exercise routine?

    I like to take walks the long way to and from the playground with my son. This way we spend more time outdoors talking about the different things that we see along the way and I get more time for walking and stretching.
