nicole maslanich 10/24/2018 5:45 AMWhat an eye-opening exercise these past few weeks have been. Being mindful isn't an easy task especially when everything is focused on convenience these days. By keeping track of my habits, its helped me to see where I need to make the most changes in my day-to-day lifestyle. -

nicole maslanich 10/09/2018 7:54 AMI like to take walks the long way to and from the playground with my son. This way we spend more time outdoors talking about the different things that we see along the way and I get more time for walking and stretching.
