    I see  a definite change in my mood when I get into nature and go for even a quick walk.  I find myself now not feeling guilty about that time spent away from work because it's good for my physical and mental health and I think makes me more productive.

      I think that's a great habit we should all get into - my goal is to do the same thing and actually convince myself to leave my phone at home :)
