    For years, I thought I had to push myself to get less sleep, and just get used to it.
    Now I realize that the wisely led life is the one that uses the time available, not stealing from the time needed for learning and repair.

    Did you know we learn while we're sleeping?  That's when our brains have the chance to do their rewiring.

    I'm not there yet.  Using this as a challenge will help me to reflect and try to regularize my sleep habits.
