    Each morning I start the day with some meditation reading. Today was about leadership and the connection with spirituality.

    I am just about finished with my first week in a 26-week marathon prep exercise plan. I can already feel myself moving through the world a little stronger! It's a wonderful world we live in!

    I spent about 45 minutes taking a walk with my son who recently had injured his shoulder. we talked about how it was important to continue light exercising even though he was hurt. It was a good time...
