    We are almost there! I walked 10 minutes, ate two meatless meals, enjoyed my home-grown herbs and mints, put my peels and left overs in the compost, and separated the recyclable materials.

    I have put my peels to the compost, walked 30 minutes, used the organic ingredients on my meals, had a meatless meal, carried a reusable bag with me, and selected the recyclable items.

    Waste Use Reusable Bags
    What do you do if you find yourself in the situation of needing a bag for items but don't have a reuseable one with you? Carry things out in your hands? In a cart? Accept a disposable one? If you find yourself in this position often, what system could you put in place to try to establish this a successful habit?

    I would put reusable bags handy when I am travelling.

    Three more days to go! I ate 1 meatless meal, walked 30 minutes, put the peels and leftover food to the compost, used the organic ingredient.

    I walked 30 minutes, ate 1 meatless meal,put my peels and the leftover foods to the compost, and enjoyed organic ingredients from my garden-basil, chives, and rosemary.

    I completed my challenge choice-walked 40 minutes, ate 1 meatless meal, enjoyed my organic ingredients in my meal,  put the peels and the leftover food in the compost.

    Today, I spent 45 minutes walking, ate 1 meatless meal with organic ingredients, put the peels and leftover food on my compost.
