REFLECTION QUESTIONFood Buy From a Farmers MarketWhat is one food choice that you make, or could make, that would do more good and less harm?
Andie Ortiz 10/06/2018 6:14 PMI believe that reducing the consumption of microwavable meals is a good start. The packaging is not eco-friendly and the food for the most part isn't organic and strive for the most unhealthiest ingredients. To add on, anything that is microwaved will lose it's healthy components, not buying these quick , cheap meals will not only be better for the environment but also for your body.
