Lea Pace 10/22/2018 1:23 PMJust like all of these, completing these actions makes me feel as though I am making positive changes in my life. 22 days of performing each of these actions will hopefully change them into habits. I'm really loving how this is enhancing my self-discipline. -

Lea Pace 10/08/2018 7:46 AMI think meat is very affordable in this culture, and eating it regularly is an important point of pride for many people. One thing that might help shift to a plant-based diet on a larger scale is to make plant-based foods cheap, easily accessible and cool. This seems to be happening in some places through the proliferation of CSAs and farmer's markets. -

That is our intent: to restore, and then to retain balance and honor our part in creation." Why is balance important to sustainability?
Lea Pace 10/04/2018 7:34 AMThe concept of balance is at the heart of sustainability. It is impossible to sustain anything that is out of balance for long.
When humanity is out of balance for nature, we start to dramatically change our surroundings, which in turn, disrupts the delicate processes that have been sustaining our ecosystems for generations. These changes are going to impact the lives of our species in ways that we will never be able to guess. Balance can help maintain these processes. -
