REFLECTION QUESTIONHealth Avoid refined sugarBefore you started this challenge, did you think you were 'addicted' to sugar? How do you feel now?
Carly Pfeffer 10/24/2018 11:19 AMEven though I know how terrible they are to your health, I have always had a slight problem with avoiding refined sugars. Since starting this challenge, I have made a conscious effort to limit my intake of refined sugars as well as adding more fruits and vegetables to my diet and I have noticed a huge improvement in the way I feel and even my clarity of mind. 10/10 will continue these healthy eating habits when October has passed. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONCommunity Volunteer in my CommunityWhat is one thing you can do to help your community become more sustainable?

REFLECTION QUESTIONHealth HappinessHow does/can practicing gratitude keep you centered and motivated to work for a better world?
Carly Pfeffer 10/23/2018 10:00 AMIt keeps me in a mindset that is grateful and causes me to be less likely to worry about things that aren’t as big of a deal as I make them out to be. This helps me concentrate more on bettering my life and doing well in school. -
