    Day one was not a good day for this challenge. I got busy at work and honestly forgot to do my actions. Bummer...but there is always today. Even if you make one small change a day or a week it can add up to make a big difference!

    I am so excited to participate in this challenge. It was nice to see that I am already doing many of the activities for the challenge, but there is definitely more I can do.
