Tracy's actions
Health
More Fruits and Veggies
I will eat a heart healthy diet by adding 1 cup(s) of fruits and vegetables each day to achieve at least 4 cups per day.
Waste
Use a Reusable Mug
I will avoid sending 1 disposable cup(s) to the landfill each day by using a reusable mug.
Health
Healthy Sleep
Effectively working for sustainability requires self care! I will commit to getting 30 more minute(s) of sleep each night to achieve at least 7 hours per night.
Water
5-Minute Showers
I will save up to 20 gallons (75 L) of water each day by taking 5-minute showers.
Health
Exercise Daily
Exercise is a great stress blaster! I will exercise for 45 minute(s) each day.

Tracy Reisinger 10/21/2018 12:14 PMJust keep going...just keep going...It's not easy being green... -
Tracy Reisinger 10/20/2018 8:56 AMSome things are getting easier (more sleep with more more exercise). Others are still hard (eating more fruits and veggies) especially on the weekend. -
Tracy Reisinger 10/19/2018 8:17 AMThinking about saving water last night as I was doing dishes...Do I save more water rinsing dishes and putting them in the dishwater, or doing them by hand in the sink which also uses a lot of rinsing. Not sure which is better. -
Tracy Reisinger 10/18/2018 8:19 AMCan't believe this beautiful fall weather keeps hanging on in the NW. Makes it easy to want to get outside and enjoy nature. -
Tracy Reisinger 10/17/2018 8:09 AMIf you want to help the environment by using recycled paper toilet paper, but you end up using twice as much because it's so thin...are you really helping the environment?-
Linda Byington 10/17/2018 6:05 PMI've often thought the same thing!

Tracy Reisinger 10/16/2018 8:27 AMEven though I don't like a lot of the "squash" vegetables, they sure look pretty this time of year.
