  • REFLECTION QUESTION
    Food Reduce Animal Products
What do you think contributes to people in North America eating more meat than in other places, and what does this say about North American values and ways of living? How do we start shifting a meat-focused food culture?

It is hard to change. Our culture values eating meat. It is a masculine thing to do. How many times have you seen in a movie, the main ordering a steak? Have you ever seen a macho character order a salad with chick peas?

I'm surprised at how easy this is. And how wonderfully it is organized.
