Melanie Rohrbach 10/19/2018 6:08 AMGetting the extra one hour of sleep each night has raised my energy levels considerably. I'm no longer too tired to exercise at the end of the day! -
Melanie Rohrbach 10/17/2018 6:40 AMI've found that getting an extra hour of sleep each night has made a real difference in my energy level throughout the day and also my ability to focus and accomplish more at work and at home. It didn't occur to me before that one small change could make such a big difference! -
Melanie Rohrbach 10/15/2018 6:49 AMI've found that of all of my challenges, my sleep habits have changed the most. It has made me much more aware of getting to bed at an earlier time so I can get at least 7 to 8 hours of sleep as compared to 5 to 6 hours before. -
