    What would you like to invest more time in reflecting on?

    Very often, people say that they don't have enough time to do something. I'm no exception. I realised that we either have time for things that we believe are important or because there is an obligation. This daily action was about reflecting on what is really important. And the outcome is: I mostly have time for something because it is an obligation. And i don't allow sufficient time to things that truely matter. So, I would like to invest more time reflecting on what I can do daily for such important matters.

    How do you experience your neighborhood or city differently when walking instead of driving?

    Walking actually enables me to ponder on some ideas or questions. I become more aware of my surroundings, of the changes in my neighborhood. It's almost like experiencing and seeing things in slow motion. Whereas while driving, things go by so rapidluy, that you don't even notice. Walking helps in actually enjoying what we have. I have more opportunities in socializing.
    Walking is good when you want to step back and have an overview of what has changed.

    I joined the challenge as it's an organised way to start changing my habits and taking actions. This challenge is a motivating aspect and rapid way to raise awareness on the critical areas to be addressed and represent simple actions that can be done every day. The challenge can be done in teams, with friends, which has a greater impact and coverage. Looking forward to this.

    How do you practice self care?

    The definition of self care would be different for each one. For me, it's all about finding the feel good factor. For example, having a good work-life balance, travelling, socialise, getting into a different environment once in a while. All of these help me in evacuating stress and continue / start afresh. Self care is adopting a positive mindset and  a stable mental health.
