    I could use the outdoor light instead of using my light bulbs when it is a nice day outside. Instead of an ac I can open the window if I get to hot.

    Mindful eating is healthier for us than eating with distractions. How do your eating experiences differ when practicing mindfulness?

    When I am practicing mindfully eating I focus and I enjoy my food more than I would when I sit in front of the tv and eat. I also get to enjoy nice conversations with my family.

    This morning I took a 5 minute shower it wasnt as hard as I thought it would be and last night while I was washing my hair, but when I was not rinsing my hair I made sure I turned it off and set a timer for myself.
