Beth Steinkopf 10/23/2018 9:31 AMI have been working on de-cluttering and organizing all areas of my house! We have accumulated a lot of stuff over the years and it's been on my list of things to do for a long time now. Each day I focus on one room, drawer or closet and get it done! We have donated a ton so far and it feel so good to simplify! -
REFLECTION QUESTIONSimplicity De-Clutter My HomeHow can you prevent yourself from accumulating more things in the future?
Beth Steinkopf 10/09/2018 8:55 AMShredding or recycling junk mail right away instead of setting it on the counter and "getting" to it later. It just piles up and gets out of control fast!

REFLECTION QUESTIONHealth Healthy SleepConsider how many hours of sleep you get now. How would you like to shift your sleep patterns? What are you finding works for you to be successful in this action?
Beth Steinkopf 10/09/2018 8:54 AMI am trying to be in bed by 10:00, it's about an hour earlier than I have been going to bed. If I put my phone on the charger right away then I will fall asleep fast and get that extra hour of sleep. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONHealth HappinessHow does/can practicing gratitude keep you centered and motivated to work for a better world?
Beth Steinkopf 10/09/2018 8:51 AMIt reminds me to be grateful for the things I have and to not focus on the things that are out of my control.
