REFLECTION QUESTIONHealth Avoid refined sugarBefore you started this challenge, did you think you were 'addicted' to sugar? How do you feel now?
Michael Thompson 10/22/2018 11:24 AMThe only way I can stay away from refined sugar is by not buying it. I lived for month without processed sugar, but then I went to Germany a few years ago and it destroyed my diet. I feel healthier when I don't eat processed sugar. -

Michael Thompson 10/22/2018 11:22 AMA big part of the energy program is that people are able to save money at certain times. In order to influence people to make the shift, I have to know more and more about how much money people can save by my own experience. -

What single-use items (e.g. straws, coffee cups, vegetable bags, plastic bags) do you regularly use? What could be substituted instead?
