Christina Trevino 10/23/2018 1:11 PMMy walk can help me by making time for me to think, like if i have an issue or distraction i can just walk it off and think about it. This simply can help me stay focused when i need to be at my work environment, school. Also, this affects me by improving my health and can make me more alert and awake.
