- I check it periodically still, but I do not think it has a profound influence on my stress or energy levels. -

- I notice that my friends are constantly using social media on their phones while we are hanging out. I try not to do the same. -

- I felt like I would always wanting a soda or something sweet, now I try and go for sugar-free alternatives where possible (even if the taste isn't as good). -

- Simple tasks such as turning off the lights when you leave a room or using cold water to wash laundry and unplugging appliances when not in use are easy ways to save some energy, but I find that these tasks are often easy to overlook as well. -
