I always forget to take reusable bags to the store with me and often stop at the store on the way home from work, so I make sure that I have a foldable bag in my handbag so that I will always have one with me
  • REFLECTION QUESTION
    Waste Use a Reusable Mug
Maybe you've heard how good it is to switch from a single use coffee cup to a reuseable one but it's just hard to make the switch. Think about what stands in your way of making this a habit. By identifying the challenges, you can begin to work through them to have better success in taking this action. Knowing the difference you are making, how does it make you feel?

I attach my bottle to my bag with a carabiner to help me to remember to take it with me. It is actually making me drink more water than I used to too
  • REFLECTION QUESTION
    Health Healthy Sleep
Consider how many hours of sleep you get now. How would you like to shift your sleep patterns? What are you finding works for you to be successful in this action?

Setting a curfew and sticking to it. Stop working so late, to help relax and enable me to sleep earlier - makes for a more productive day the following day
  • REFLECTION QUESTION
    Energy Heat and Cool Naturally
What are other ways you could use the power of the sun to reduce your own environmental footprint?
